Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Your order should arrive within 7 – 10 business days.

Q: What method of shipping do you use?
A: We only ship USPS Priority Mail. It is the fastest and lowest cost way for us to ship

Q: Where are my products made and where are they coming from?
A: We use regional suppliers and manufacturers for our products. We ship from Raleigh, NC.

Q: What is special about Dreadsock® Products?
A: Many Dreadsock® products are made from high tech fabrics that offer breathability, moisture wicking and odor control. These products are both functional and fashionable.

Q: Do you offer products for children?
A: Very soon we will be adding a new line of products for children. If you would like to be notified when the products become available, please send us an email at [email protected].

Q: What should I do if I want to make a return or exchange?
A: Please read our Return Policy Statement for details on how to make a return or exchange.

Q: Do you have reduced pricing for retailers and wholesalers?
A: Absolutely. Please contact us at [email protected] if you are interested in purchasing 10 items or more. There are nice benefits associated with being an Authorized Dreadsock® Retailer or Wholesaler.

Q: How do I become a wholesaler?
A: To become a distributor/wholesaler please contact us at [email protected] with a description of your sales experience and we will provide you a Terms and Conditions sheet and pricing structure. We are always looking for qualified people that can help build markets for the Dreadsock® brand.

Q: How do I know which size Dreadsock® to order?
A: The large Dreadsock® is for locks that fall past the middle of the back. The Medium Dreadsock® is for lock that fall shoulder length to the middle of the back. The Small is for locks chin to shoulder length. The Shorty is for locks of all lengths.

 

Dreadsock® Return Policy

Dreadsock® is interested in your full satisfaction with its unique line of products. We work with our suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will facilitate a return or exchange to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Please read the policy statements before contacting us about a return.

Items must be returned in NEW (unused, untested, and resalable) condition, in the original packaging. Items must be returned shipping prepaid. Items that have been used by the customer cannot be returned to us.

You should return the items to us the same way we sent them to you – in the same condition and with all the original contents.
We will gladly exchange any items found to be damaged or defective through no fault of the customer. Shipping costs will be paid in both directions by Dreadsock®.

Shipping costs will not be paid by Dreadsock® when returning an item due to general dissatisfaction or purchaser regret.

When requesting an exchange for a different size or color, the purchaser must pay the shipping of the original item back to Dreadsock® and the costs for shipping the exchanged item back to the customer.

A return and refund of an item due to general dissatisfaction or purchaser regret will include the full price of the item, but none of the shipping costs. If you seek a refund, you must pay for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to Dreadsock®.

There is no restocking fee for returns of unused items returned within 30 days. This means that an item must be in sellable as new condition. We reserve the right to refuse to issue credit for any item that has been used, misused or damaged by the customer. After 30 days, we will charge you a $10 restocking fee for a return or exchange.
